Lapitec

Lapitec is an innovative sintered stone product material. 100% designed and developed in Italy, it is produced using carefully selected ceramic materials.

The “full body” slabs are produced individually, through an exclusive patented production process “Biocare”, which incorporate a special form of Titanium dioxide (TiO2). It offers resistance to the effects of time and weather, acids, bases and solvents. The product is hard wearing, impact resistant, non-flammable, thaw and frost resistant  and insensitive to UV light.

The Lapitec surfaces are pore free hence do not absorb, therefore are stain free, hygienic and easy to clean and bacteria and mould repellent.

Lapitec has excellent physical and mechanical properties, first of all its specific weight of 2,4 kg/dm3, which makes Lapitec the lightest cladding product, and its size is the most larger size available on the market: 340x150cm.

Lapitec is available in a choice of 12 colours in 4 surface finishes (Vesuvio, Fossile, Satin and Lux), offering a range of 48 combinations.

This product is ideal for whatever furnishing and architectural context.

Slabs in thickness of 12 mm and 20 mm are already available, 30 mm in short time.
